Marcin Olejnik
Partner, attorney-at-law since 2002. He has many years of experience in rendering comprehensive legal services to business entities, particularly in the field of business law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, civil and labour law, real estate and energy law. He co-operated with leading international advisory companies and large Polish law firms. He was also a partner in two independent Polish law firms.
For several years, he provided advisory services to one of the largest companies from the energy sector. He participated in many local and international M&A transactions and negotiations. He was also the leader of an international team of legal experts during the largest Polish foreign investment so far.
He also advised on a number of privatizations, significant international arbitrations and mediations. Furthermore, he acted as member of companies’ supervisory boards.

Jerzy Pałgan
Partner, attorney-at-law since 2011. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Warsaw University and the Postgraduate Studies in Intellectual Property Law at the same Faculty.
For several years, he provided advisory services to one of the major telecommunications company in Poland and cooperated with several law firms.
He specializes, among others, in intellectual property law, including copyright and patent law, as well as in telecommunications law, personal data protection law and labour law.
He advised businesses, including public companies, on corporate law. He has experience in civil and administrative proceedings.
He speaks English.
