He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Warsaw University.
For many years, he has been providing legal assistance in the field of economic law, with due consideration of commercial law, labour law, civil law, public procurement law and energy law. He has cooperated with the leading law offices, also as in-house lawyer. He has comprehensive experience in services connected with investments in the energy sector, especially in renewable sources energy, both in corporate matters and in those dealing with investment and environmental protection. Piotr has participated in many administrative and court proceedings involving environmental and construction law, he negotiated and made arrangements with local communities and authorities, provided analyses of various documents regarding the location of energy investments, including environmental reports.
He is an author of numerous articles on energy law. Piotr conducted lectures on renewable energy.

Maciej Maicki

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Warsaw University and the British Centre for Polish and European Legal Studies (conducted jointly by the Warsaw University and the Cambridge University).
He also studied at the University of Regensburg. Currently, he is a student at the postgraduate studies in competition law at the Institute of Legal Sciences, Polish Academy of Sciences. He advised clients from the tobacco, energy and power and, chemical industries, FMCG, a gas-stations franchise network and in many marketing and PR projects.

For a number of years, she has been providing services to companies from the medical, pharmaceutical, food and financial sectors. She specializes in medical and pharmaceutical law as well as in court and administrative proceedings.

Recently, her professional interest is focused mainly on a wide range of matters concerning medical law i.e. she advises on medical malpractice acts and represents clients in proceedings before the authorities of the National Health Fund on the basis of legal regulations concerning the financing of healthcare services from public funds.
